Manchester/Stockton Heath solicitors, Abacus, have been appointed to handle the acquisition of over 50,000 sq ft of warehouse and operations space for top North West fashion brand; Henleys.

The new operations warehouse marks the continued expansion of the Manchester-based clothing label that has seen remarkable growth since it was established in 1996. The past 12 years have seen Henleys develop a significant presence on the high street and even open dedicated retail outlets.

Abacus solicitors was established in 2004 and have rapidly built a reputation for providing a quality property legal service to businesses and individuals alike. The three partner firm started life in Manchester and have since opened offices in Stockton Heath.

Located in between Piccadilly and the Northern Quarter, the warehouse will ensure that Henleys clothing is constantly available across the UK and will help drive the brand forward in the coming years.
